NPPL/PPL training can be carried out in our PA28, C172 or C152 aircraft. For IMC Rating and Night Qualification, this is carried out in the PA28 & C172 only.
We also conduct check-outs, revalidations, night qualifications, Instrument Ratings with our own instructors based in Aberdeen.
We have our own Ground Examiner, so all CAA written papers for the PPL licence can be undertaken in Aberdeen. For students flying with us, we do not charge for the first attempt at each paper. To help you, we have the compete set of Oxford DVDs we can loan you free of charge to assist with your studying.
If you don't fly with us and require to sit the written papers. This is done on a strict priority basis. Cabro Aviation Students will get priority. Spare slot times may be available subject to exam and examiner availability. Where possible we strongly recommend that you sit the written papers with the organisation that undertakes your flight training.
We are also currently undertaking Ground Exam study nights, where we can assist with your self study. This is a great way to ask things you don't understand and mix with other students. Email us for the dates - the evenings are FREE OF CHARGE!
